Astrobot Posted April 17, 2006 Posted April 17, 2006 I hope we won't be taking a WR on Day 1, but I think we need a different type of WR than we have in our stable. In Round 5, if Drouzon Quillen is there, I'd take him. He'd help in the red zone. He's tall (over 6'6"), fast, and coachable. Ben Obumanu is another big guy who may be the best on the reverse. In Round 6, Cory Rodgers would get my vote. Cory is a playmaker with a 30 yd Kickoff Return average. I'm pretty sure we don't want McGee or Clements doing kickoff returns. He's described by his coaches as explosive. Others worth considering are Kendrick Jones and Jermaine Jamison. Both are tall, fast, wall off the defender, and make the sideline catch. In Round 7, take a kick returner (again, McGee and Clements may not be doing it). Ashlan Davis and Willie Reid are two of the best, and one should be added in the late rounds to keep McGee injury-free.
