Walker, of the Associated Press, reports Tennessee Titans QB Billy Volek would get the starting nod in Week 4 against the San Diego Chargers if QB Steve McNair (bruised sternum) is unable to play, according to head coach Jeff Fisher. McNair is officially listed as questionable.
