Ramius Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 anyone know if miller or biron is starting in net tonite? I need to know for fantasy hockey purposes. I have tried all the major media outlets (including buffalo news, espn, etc) and got nothing. I tried the sabres website, and when my epileptic seizure subsided, i couldnt find anything there either? Anyone back home got the word on who is starting?

smokinandjokin Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Some info from after last game- Ruff's comments sound like he's gearing Miller up for the playoffs (plus the fact that he played him Saturday night after a sub-par outing the night before): Montreal has won four of its last five road games, but has lost eight of its last 10 at Buffalo. The Sabres defeated the Ottawa Senators 6-2 on Saturday, and have won three of their last four games. Buffalo, which already clinched its first playoff berth since 2001, is in fourth place in the East. Goalie Ryan Miller made 32 saves Saturday, and is 2-0-1 lifetime against the Canadiens with a 1.95 goals-against average. "I liked the way he played the game," Sabres coach Lindy Ruff said. "He really had a sound game. I'm getting happy with where the team's at right now."
meazza Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 It's going to be a nice game. Good luck to the sabres.
