IBTG81 Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 What have we won, 8 in a row. They looked very impressive beating the Hurricaines in Carolina. Brodeur has won 40 games this season, making him the only goalie in history to do it for 5 seasons.
BillsFanNC Posted April 12, 2006 Posted April 12, 2006 Hi T-Bone! 659916 I've never swapped teams my friend. However, your Devils posts seem to have a BF-esque tone to them lately.

I'm just pointing out that you are sounding a bit like BF. 659979 If Ed was really sounding like BF, he would have added another line: Don't even bother showing up for the playoffs folks, the Devils will win the Stanley Cup easy!
ExiledInIllinois Posted April 13, 2006 Posted April 13, 2006 You better humble yourself (I said HUMBLE... ) BF went down this road with the Cards...

Hopefully it carries over into the playoffs.

You want to peak right before the playoffs with a little let down...And begin with another peak into the playoffs... IE: seems the Sabres are doing just that? And 8 game streak is hard to maintain... There is bound to be a letdown... Unless the team is super human... Odds don't favor sustaining the run... IMO.
