Corp000085 Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2404058 well, hopefully its a 4 year deal worth $10 million plus incentives. 1 year for $10,000,000 plus incentives is a little steep, a day after ralph wilson cried poor.
Simon Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 10 million dollars?! Are you kidding me?!?! His agent cold-called us and we gave Peerless Price 10 million fu(king dollars?!?!?! Just when I thought the Bills couldn't possibly become a bigger NFL laughingstock. Since we're dumping badasses like Milloy and adding pussies like Price to fill our roster with "character" players ( ), maybe we ought to offer Posey a big raise. Or maybe since the Falcons are tired of Keion "quack" Carpnter's duck act, we can offer them up a sweet deal to get him back here. Hey somebody ring up Gabe Northern, he could probably use a cool 10 million....

We REALLY wanted Peerless Price back here, didnt we?
TC in St. Louis Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 I'm excited. I bought a Peerless Price jersey for 15 bucks after they traded him. You think he'll be #81 again? I like the move. Welcome home, Peerless Price.
stuckincincy Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 1 year for 10 million? We REALLY wanted Peerless Price back here, didnt we? 658222 If that's true, Marv will soon be facing a State-mandated competentcy hearing.

Welcome home, Peerless Price. 658226 $15? Any chance the bills will sign rob johnson? I have a game worn jersey that i picked up for $20. It came complete with a tub of oxyclean for those stubborn grass stains.
Marv Levy Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 Alright. Now I can pull out my one of many "gone" player jerseys from the back of my closet.

Lori Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 Gotta love ESPN's reporting. Headline: Price signs one-year deal to return to Buffalo FIRST Sentence of the article: Peerless Price signed a four-year contract with the Buffalo Bills on Monday, rejoining the team with which he's enjoyed the most success. 658197 ESPN? Reporting? Isn't that an oxymoron?
IDBillzFan Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 Alright. While I'm putting away my Moulds jersey, I can pull out my Price jersey. At this pace, I should be breaking out my Marange jersey any day now.

Fan in Chicago Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 Why can I not find anything on this 'eye problem' that is being mentioned on this board ? How serious is/was it anyway ? I think this is a good signing* (Not knowing how much we paid for him) *EDIT: not for $10MM !!!!!
cåblelady Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 PEERLESS !!!!!!!!!! YEA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is a good signing* (Not knowing how much we paid for him) *EDIT: not for $10MM !!!!! 658255 This thread is from last June: TSW: Peerless Price may have to retire Since he did play (a little) with Dallas last season, the situation obviously wasn't as bad as originally thought. I'm assuming he had to pass an eye exam as part of his physical at One Bills Drive....
booya2 Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 Here's what we do... we go 4 wide with Evans, Davis, Price, and ROSCOE PARRISH... and run "Pray for Rain" .... e'eeeerbody go deep! JP drops back, and chucks the long ball. I can see Belichik, Saban, and Mangini "in a bottle" wetting their respective pants now at the thought of having to cover our gamebreakers! YEAHHH, BOY-EEEE!
KOKBILLS Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 Oh man this is too funny... Hope Peerless has a fire lit under his backside because his Fall has been severe to say the least...
seq004 Posted April 10, 2006 Posted April 10, 2006 WHY are fans upset over this move? - He probably didn't cost much - He WAS productive here Lets wait and see on this....we were not going to sign a high profile reciever to replace Moulds.....that is Lee's job. 658014 I agree, what's the big deal. Low risk that might pay off big. Welcome back PP
