It was a bit of a kneejerk reaction. The kid should have been given a warning, wear a belt and tuck in your shirt tomorrow or we'll come up with a way to do it for you. I went to a Jesuit high school, and showed up with a slight moustache in the new school semester. The vice principal stopped me in the hall, and said if it wasn't gone by tomorrow, he'd shave it for me.

This is outrageous! I firmly believe that this poor child has been brutally abused, and as a result, is completely deserving of a multi-million dollar settlement.

 

Well, come on, you know the lawyers are killing themselves to get to these peoples door.
