If you can prove you dont live in Collier county you can get a free beer or soda. Phone # 239-566-1006 and......GARBAGE PLATE: Rochester, N. Y., natives may miss their garbage plates and be willing to travel to Grills (8004 Trail Blvd.) in Naples to get one. To build a plate, you choose three or four items from among baked beans, macaroni salad, home fries or french fries as the first layer. Then you add a Zweigle's Red or White hot imported from Rochester or a hamburger (with or without cheese/bread). You top it with ground beef mild or hot sauce. Then you finish it with onions, ketchup, mustard and/or more hot sauce. If you order it and can prove you don't live in Collier county, you get a free beer or soda.
