Folks here is the bottom line: Most likely, the 5th round pick from Houston, at best, will turn out to be a slightly above average player or a solid backup. But here is the REAL part of the Moulds deal that SO many of you who hate this forget to mention: Give me a decent young player in the 5th who might be like, lets say a Robert Mathis PLUS a player in 2007 via FA that can help this team, and Ill take that ANY day of the week over a 32 year old WR who is now bitching like other WR's in this league nowadays. Feel free to give comments, just providing these links for reference. 652407[/snapback] good post, but to be honest, you really should mention the fact that there are 200 other players drafted in the fifth round in those years who flat out cannot play in the nfl. look, i know it was the best the bills could do given that there were no other takers, so it's not as if i think they made a bad deal. but i'm still really bitter. the texans got the better of this deal to such a degree that it's a joke. they got a guy who will catch somewhere 85 and 90 balls next year and probably average about 12-13 yards a catch given that he has andre johnson and reggie bush to take the pressure off of him. there are no fifth round receivers in recent memory who have done that.
