OnTheRocks Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 has the NCAA ruled on his eligibility? has he stated if he even wants to come back and play this year?
Frez Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Rumor in the Syracuse area that he's sick. I really can't say for sure how true it is.
TravelingDad48 Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Although Syracuse petitioned the NCAA for a waiver to declare PG Billy Edelin eligible to start the season, it appears likely he will not play in fall semester games even if he gets a favorable ruling. Edelin withdrew from classes during the spring term because of personal reasons and thus didn't have enough credits to start his junior season. Freshman PG Josh Wright will try to win the job alongside veteran Gerry McNamara. It still is possible Edelin will join the Orange in December. . . .

BuffOrange Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 No wonder they call the paper the "Sub Standard". What a bunch of hack reporters in 'Cuse. After all this time, NOBODY has figured out what's happened to this guy? Not a peep out of anybody on campus, a friend, a roomate, a professor? Nothing?
