MadBuffaloDisease
I have a really hard time relating to people who don't get along with their siblings. I have three brothers and they are my three best pals of all time. Be thankful. Call the cops about the $450 he stole. Let THEM administer the beating. Then !@#$ his mother. The_Real
He's 26. He stole the money from me from a business endeavor that he worked on. He told me the gross of what we earned was 450 dollars lower than it was. Today I talked to the other parties involved and got the truth. The other person in charge of finance lives in Minnesota and I just had the chance to speak with him. Yes, he is afraid of me. Not like I'm bragging or a tough guy, he just knows I'd ruin him. It's almost happened a few times and I've rag dolled him in the past. Bringing it to this board is alway helpful. Usually I bring personal issues that are undecided here because people make me see the stupidity that I get myself involved in and I usually take the high road. I'm still not sure I want to as of right now. His mom left his father for a black guy and now is making babies. I can't go there because I'm not that cruel. !@#$ing his mother would be secondary to the amount of verbal abuse I could give him for the aforementioned. Herpes? Man that's cold... He is 5 7 and 140 lbs and thinks fighting should NEVER happen. He's the type to condemn fighting in hockey. Most of the time we respectfully disagree, and he is my best friend. He isn't threatening me like he's going to jump in. He's giving me the song and dance about how it's wrong. T_R

The_Real
The money was stolen, even my brother can admit to that. He's just not into fighting as it ruins lives and as he says 'If we were meant to fight we'd of been born with horns on our heads'. He thinks we should talk about a fair value for me to recoup financially. He knows I'm right he just doesn't like fighting. Not a drug deal. We bought some stock for Christmas to sell. I just wasn't given the correct figures at the end of the season. LaBillzfan, if any human being on this board thinks they are always right they are idiots. Perspective can be examined from many different angles and sometimes with heated frustration we all think irrationally. But yeah, sometimes I can be really stupid. IDBillzFan
But yeah, sometimes I can be really stupid. T_R 643835 Stupidity comes in varying shapes and sizes, some of which are shaped exactly like my body. But your brother is a nut for having you compromise simply to avoid conflict. Tell your brother is we were born to be passive, we wouldn't have figured out how much harder we can hit someone when we have a pool ball in our hand. Not only does it inflict more damage but it makes a real cool cracking sound when it breaks over the other person's head.
Mark VI
Oh Please. There are many ways to get even. 1. Have multiple gay magazine subsciptions ( bill me later) sent to his house. 2. Register as him with Classmates or Reunion.com . When they ask for a profile pic, submit multiple photo's of some guy nailing a goat. Imagine the laughs at his 10 year reunion. 3. Spell " deadbeat " in gasoline on his front lawn . 4. " For a good time, call xxx-xxxx " written in every mens stall of the local gay mens club. 5. Call the local Hare Krishna temple and state you ( him) have 2K to donate. Could they stop by and pick it up ? You may never get your $$ but revenge is far better. Ghost of BiB
Don't quite know what to say here. Sometimes people just need what's coming to them if they refuse to act right, and those who are victims tend to remain victims until they do something about it. Whatever you decide to do, do something or sh-- is never going to change, and he'll continue to laugh at you until he's shown different. Hell with the cops. I'm never a fan of fighting for stupid reasons, but sometimes people just don't give you a choice and sadly, that's the only thing they understand. Either give me my money, or lose it in hide. And leave your brother out of it. This is between him and you.
Alaska Darin
Have some kind of contact sporting event where he can't not play. Football is usually pretty good. Then play slightly outside the rules. We had a guy in the military one time that had the same disease your brother's pal had. We ran about 10 misdirection plays at him and had a different person crackback on him each time. Didn't know what hit him. Also, keep in mind that shots to the stomach don't leave marks.

Either take care of the problem or live with it. That's not a slam, but it's life. Doesn't mean burying bodies in the woods, but the "system" is not going to protect or help anyone with (what is to them) minor personal issues. The police could care less about your 450 dollars, unless one is someone you watch games with and likes you. I'd charge an additional 50 bucks interest for the inconvienience and agravation. Should I shut up now?

T_R 643835 If this is a guy that you know to be unreliable with money, why are you partnering up with him for any sort of business transaction? I have a friend who is constantly owing someone money. If we go to a concert/sporting event and you are the person who buys the tickets for the group, you are expecting not to get paid by this guy. The first few times are frustrating and you're angry at the guy who takes six months to pay you $20 for the concert tickets, but after it's happened several times I start to blame myself for being foolish enough to loan somebody like that money. Like other people have said already, if you can't trust this guy, why even hang out with him? Cut your losses and drop him from your life.
slothrop
I've known this kid for about 12 or 13 years. He's a lying cheating self centered prick who needs to have someone kick his ass. He's stolen money from me in the past, he tried to jump me, he's antogonized me to the point where I have seriously had enough. Here's the catch, he's my brother's bestfriend. At this point I'm tired of the excuses my brother generates for why I'm not allowed to kick his ass. I'm 27 years old and maybe been in 5 fights my whole life. I don't look for them and I don't usually get involved. Yet this kid has pushed me too far. Now, all I want to do is have 15 minutes alone so that I can give him the proper beating he deserves. Yet, now he's telling me he's going to call the cops on me if I beat him. I'm not going to call the cops for the money he stole or for any other reason I just want my 15 minutes. It was 450 dollars. What should I do? T_R 643699 The fact that you are hesitant as to what to do tells me that you should check out this thread

Cut your losses and drop him from your life. 644041 Best advice is the easiest. Just make sure he understands that if you walk in the room, it is time for him to leave. He gave up that right for $450. No compromise.
