I'm interested to see the reaction

I'm interested in how the fans react to Willis this week. He got a standing ovation last week but this new story (as rididulous as it comes out sounding) will obviously affect some people at the game.

I hope he doesn't get booed when he comes in. The man hasn't even had a chance to comment on it yet.

Actually, he sure has had a chance to comment on this - he could easily have put this fire out by now, but obviously he and his agent think that it serves them somehow to have this out there (even if they didn't start it).

That's not exactly true. This story came out late yesterday and the team is preparing to play a game tonight. I'm sure it will be addressed after tonight's game.

It's not like this story came out on a Tuesday.

If I was coach, I would bench his ass tonight, or at best play him late in the 4th quarter for a few plays.

How do you know Willis hasn't already spoken to coach Mularkey and told him that he did not make those comments and is happy where he is??? Would you bench him then?

i think it's the "media machine" making a bigger deal about it than anything else. i for one would love to see him run against tenn. #1 d tonite to see what he's made of.

IIRC, the Titans have 4 def. starters out due to injury. Not sure.

I totally agree with that. He needs to be tested against their number 1 defense if we are going to guage his skills correctly.

The main thing I noticed last week that would be the same against a top notch D or backups is his patience and vision. He waits for the hole to open and has the vision to find it when it does.

The problem with giving Willis reps with the first team tonight???? Travis will be demanding a trade again come Monday.

right but it would still be better to see him play against those guys than the thrid string. just to see were he really is in his progress..

I'm just going by what has been given so far. Willis has had time to reply to the rumor, and hasn't said anything so far.

Remember the Bills yesterday said they had spoken to Willis and Willis told them he did not say such a thing so from the Bills and Willis's end they are clear, This issue in on Rosenhaus to clear up and so far he has decided not to only saying no comment.

Exactly. The Bills have said they have talked to Willis. If Willis told them that then I'm fine with it. It's a non issue with the important people involved.......(Willis, the Bills).

Who gives a stevestojan what Rosenhaus thinks?

Yep. It might be that the Titans will keep in the other 7 starters a bit more that usual at this point in pre-season, so it could be that it might end up being a better test.

I say he deserves another standing ovation for continuing on his great comeback.

I'd feel ashamed if some Bills fans boo him tonight, especially since we havent heard him say a damn thing yet about this fiasco.
