frogger
1. Houston Texans-I think the collective NFL would be upset if they didn't pick Bush with all his hype, that being said Reggie Bush is their pick 2. NO Saints-QB has been addressed, and the 2nd best player in the draft is Mario Williams, however they are set at DE, they take D'Brick, gandy is getting old, and they can now release him. they need to protect that high priced arm 3. tenn. Titans-reunited and it feels so good, Matt Lienart and Norm, they need a future QB, he is just that. 4. NY Jets-didn't get Lienart, or D'Brick, however they could get Mario. But they select Jay Cutler due to worries about Chad's arm. 5. GB Packers-resign Aaron Kampman, who is a good LE, and address some of the interior in FA. So AJ Hawk who might be the best defensive player not named Mario 6. Raiders-Happy to get Mario Williams 7. SF 49ers-they need 2ndary help, and see Michael Huff. 8. Buffalo Bills-tough choice Davis might be the best TE in Years, and Ngata might be the best DT in years. Because we are building we get the biggest impact player. and that is Vernon Davis. 9. Detroit Lions-they see ngata but have a strong interior line on defense, their pick in Winston Justice 10. Arizona Cards. Haloti Ngata is their pick, they still need an interior defense, and he is a good pick for them. 11. STL Rams. Brodrick Bunkley-they need to address the DT position, so they do. 12. Cleveland browns. Chad Greenway-they need LBs in the worse way, the 3-4 defense is so LB heavy they could draft 4 in the draft. 13. Baltimore Ravens. After losing their big DT, they make the biggest reach and get Gabe Watson 14. Eagles-After dealing with TO, they draft a player at a need position with high character enter DeMeco Ryans OLB 15. Denver-LenDale white-replaces Mike Anderson, and should have gone higher in the draft. Good Value in this pick. 16. Miami Dolphins. Jimmy Williams, they need a CB, they got a big physical one. 17. Vikings. they are happy to see Vince young, who can sit and watch Brad Johnson. 18. Dallas Cowboys-Donte Whitner-They need a Safety opposite Williams, and he is the best remaining. 19.SD Chargers-santonio Holmes- they need youth at WR, Holmes lacks size, but is good in his breaks, they will struggle this year. 20.KC Cheifs-Ashton Youboty-they are still in need of a Corner, they got a pretty good one for the future. 21.NE pats- Laurence Maroney RB, Dillon is back, the one we loved in cinci. 22. Denver-Leonard Pope-loss Putzier, a big TE is not a typical Denver TE. 23. Tampa Bucs-Ko Simpson-fills safety needs, has good range and will work for Tampa 24.Bengals-Mathias Kiwanuka-Bengals need to address offensive line (for future) and DT, but they also need to but pressure of QBs, and he along with Justin Smith can. 25.NY giants. Eric Winston-Luke Pettigout could be cut, the Giants like Miami players. 26. Chi Bears-Anothony fasano-reminds some of Ditka, a short outlet for a team that needs a two way TE, a reach but addresses a need, comparable to Witten. 27. Panthers-DeAngelo williams-not the big back the team is used to, but able to do a lot more. Injuries have hurt the team a lot last few years at this position. 28. jaguars-Tamba Hali-gives them a pass rusher. could have pick Lewis and might but addresses a need over the flavor of the moment. 29. Jets-Nick Mangold-lost Mawae, now have new future Center 30. Colts-Due to loss of James, the team might value a RB a little too high, enter Joseph Addei from LSU, good hands and fast, will produce 1000 yard season due to system. 31. Seahawks-Darnell Bing-things went well with other USC player they just drafted. 32. Steelers-Dusty Dvoracek-you are thinking what? I know, tough kid, better fit at DE in a 3-4, he will be loved by Steeler fans.
ch19079
not bad, but Young is going to go before Cutler.
In space no one can hear
Nice job! Thanks for not making any "fantasy" trades that so many poster put in their mock draft...which for some reason always seem to benefit Buffalo with players we want and need just happening to fall in our laps. I would also take Vernon Davis with this pick...given the choices that you have left.
SHOUTBOX MONSTER!
That is honestly one of the better mocks I've seen. I like the prediction of Vince Young falling. Personally, I'm not a big fan of him, but can't see Arizona passing on him at 10.
crackur
young isnt falling that far......if somehow no one in the top 10 wants him someone will trade in and get him he isnt lasting ..........

Yeah, and there is no way Aaron Rogers falls either...
frogger
My feeling on the Cards is...Ngata or a project QB, I think you go with a DT because you need one, and you're Denny Green. You'll have money to spend on a QB next year. After that I don't see any team that is in need for a back up and potential starter, except Minn, who just shipped Culpepper off. Astrobot
Good job, frogger!!!! Because 11 teams want a DT, I'd still pick Ngata or Bunkley. I was really interested in how Bunkley has climbed. Now, we can't even trade down to get him.
Buffalo Wing
Very well thought out 1st round! Nice work!
BillsGuyInMalta
Very nice draft! I think the Jags would cream themselves if they got Hali, although Kiwi fits the Bengals Defense very well.

2003
8. Buffalo Bills-tough choice Davis might be the best TE in Years, and Ngata might be the best DT in years. Because we are building we get the biggest impact player. and that is Vernon Davis. I think the Billd should go with Davis too. He could quite possibly become one of the best TEs in the game and make a huge impact for Buffalo. Lets face it, the Bills are rebuilding and I'd rather have a great impact player than a run stuffing TE.
