Instead of releasing Mike Williams, Marv should have hired this guy as Mike's personal trainer to put some fire into Big Mike's belly -- If he could teach his 3-year old daughter to dole out beat downs, who knows what he could have done with Big Mike.

They should have fitted him with those things they put on bulls and cinch up before opening the gates and letting hicks ride them for 10 seconds. That would definitely put some "fire in his belly."
