Buffalo Easy Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 KFFL is reporting that the Patriots are close to resigning OL Stephen Neal. I guess we will let another one get away. I dont see how we are going to get better at the gaurd position through free agency there isn't much left out there if Neal goes.
tennesseeboy Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 He's the real deal...Ralph!!! Roll out the dollars...
Realist Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 There must be something about Neal that they are unsure of, or else he would have already been offered a contract.
bobblehead Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 There must be something about Neal that they are unsure of, or else he would have already been offered a contract. 640117 Like, as in Wells' case in Arizona, Neal wanted to stay in NE all along...
scribo Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Re-signing not resigning. Wasn't this covered already?
In space no one can hear Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Did the Bills have Neal in for a visit? 640176 Yes- they did. I saw Ralph riding around town with him in a Taurus.
PIZ Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Yes- they did. I saw Ralph riding around town with him in a Taurus. 640180 Well, then he is probably still in Buffalo. Ralph driving is a scary thought.
scribo Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Ralph driving is a scary thought. 640183 Ralph driving a mutli-million dollar company (the Bills) is a scary thought.
Lurker Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 Ralph driving a mutli-million dollar company (the Bills) is a scary thought. 640188 Not as scary as the thought of TSW posters doing so.

If Neal isn't signed, he sucks, bottom line. I have FAITH in Randolph, Mortimer and Dick.
Guest BackInDaDay Posted March 23, 2006 Posted March 23, 2006 I saw Ralph riding around town with him in a Taurus. 640180 He even let him drive! Not as scary as the thought of TSW posters doing so. 640215 That's debatable. The fans want a strong, well coached team that can compete for a championship. When I was younger, I assumed Ralph Wilson wanted that as passionately as the fans. Over the years I realised that Wilson's commitment to winning has it's limits. The fact that the club's been down more than it's been up over the last 46 years is proof of that. What motivates Ralph, damned if I know, but it ain't championships.
