scribo Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 He didn't lift for the scouts, and he didn't run for time, but he looked damn good in the pass catching drills. Davis, after declining to participate in the earlier activities, took part in the pass-receiving drills at the end of the afternoon and showed once more that he is one of the top prospects available in the draft in April. He looked swift and explosive, and he walked off the field confident that he had done all he could to reinforce the notion that he should be among the draft's first 10 or so selections. Terps' Davis Burnishes a Strong Résumé I saw the video on the local news last night, and I agree that he looked very explosive. He was catching with his hands, which looked soft. He has a decent attitude, too.
