Simon Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Any predictions for the world's greatest tournament? Here's mine: Florida somehow wiggles its way into the Final Four. The East bracket devolves into total mayhem with the #2 seed leaving very early, the #6 seed getting to the EliteEight, a classic #12 vs #5 upset and the #10 seed possibly winning 2 games. Duke gets ousted by a lower seed. BC vs Nevada becomes an ESPN instant classic. For the 25th straight year my pools are destroyed by suppertime on Saturday.

Like A Mofo Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Final 4 for me: Villanova UCONN UCLA LSU Villanova vs UCLA....Villanova takes it all P.S. What is with this love-fest for BC all of the sudden? Seems like everyone has wrote off Villanova...why?
UConn James Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Do I really need to write who I think is going to win? Just look to the left. Would LOVE it if we got to knock off BC in the semis. To anyone who followed what happened in their leaving the Big East, it would be sweet revenge for those fecking backstabbing liars.
RuntheDamnBall Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 UConn James' boys to take it all, over the Zags. WVU, Gonzaga, UConn and 'Nova. #6, #3, and two #1s. Not completely unreasonable.
taterhill Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 W Va, Pitt, Uconn, Nova...Big East Tourney Part deux
Ned Flanders Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 First big seed to fall: Tennessee (2) loses to Winthrop (15)

kegtapr Posted March 16, 2006 Posted March 16, 2006 Final Four Duke UCLA UConn Nova Champion - Duke I think this is the year of the non-upsets. I can always go through the bracket and see at least 5 or 6 big upsets but this year I just can't. I see two 12's knocking off a 5 and Memphis taking an early exit but that's about it. I don't see anything higher then a 4 seed in the elite eight.

That program breeds NCAA flops. Plus, I haven't been impressed with Florida at all this year. Change your brackets--there's still time!!

Just remember the difference between UCONN (have another name for them, but cannot type it here) and St John's aside from results on the court is: Calhoun has not be caught. Yet.

Edit: They are now letting people back into the arena. Unconfirmed reports suggest that Jack Bauer found an unopened canister of Sentox nerve gas.
