Gov. Sonny Perdue compares Georgia's long-failed quest for a foreign car plant to the NFL's frustrated Buffalo Bills.

But unlike the Bills, who lost four world championships in a row, Georgia has finally won the economic development Super Bowl, a Kia Motors Corp. plant in Troup County.

In order for Georgia to be The Bills of the superbowl years, wouldn't they have to be the second best state in the country for several years? Don't kid yourself Sonny, you're more like the Cardinals after signing Edgerin.... Still crappy, but not as bad.

"Kia will assemble cars and either SUVs or minivans at a $1.2 billion facility in tiny West Point, bringing to the state economy at least 4,500 paychecks, between the jobs in the plant and positions at five supplier companies."

Be nice to see WNY win an economic Super Bowl like this.
