Draconator Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Seriously... http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/conte...6031201424.html Randle El was one of the premier free agents on the market, and was one of six players visiting Washington yesterday, along with defensive end Andre Carter, safety Adam Archuleta, quarterback Todd Collins, defensive end John Abraham and Fauria. Abraham, a top pass rusher who is being shopped by the New York Jets, was scheduled to have dinner with coaches and team officials last night, according to a source with knowledge of the situation.
Draconator Posted March 13, 2006 Author Posted March 13, 2006 This just keeps getting better!!! http://www.washtimes.com/sports/20060313-011438-5398r.htm If adding three possible starters to an inconsistent offense wasn't enough, the Redskins also were on the verge of signing veteran backup quarterback Todd Collins to replace Patrick Ramsey, who figures to be traded soon to either the New York Jets or Miami for a second-day draft pick.
Phlegm Alley Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Ranel El signed after he turned down a contract from the Bears that was for the same amount of years, but for $13 million less. Either the Bears under valued him, or Dan Snyder is outta his fuggin' mind.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Snyder is outta his fuggin' mind. Take a look at Randle el's numbers, and then what he got from the Redskins. Insane.
ricojes Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 How has Todd Collins hung around this long? I hope Snyder gives him a couple mill to back up....

Either the Bears under valued him, or Dan Snyder is outta his fuggin' mind. 626580[/snapback] Snyder is out of him mind. He paid 31 mil for randle el who had 35 catches last season. If randle el doesnt toss a TD pass against cincy and in the SB, hes making half of what he signed for.
