Thailog80 Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Adam Shifter says the Raiders are not the front runner. They are waiting to so see if the offer they have from the "Other" team gets topped by Al Davis or another club.
JimBob2232 Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Just hope its not the Jets, Saints or Titans...need them taking QBs in round 1
JStranger76 Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 It won't be the Jets or Titans, I'd only worry about the Aints.
kegtapr Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Miami Dolphins.... 622950 Even with the higher cap can they afford him? I remember reading they were in cap trouble before the CBA.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 As long as it's NOT the Bills, I couldn't care less.
Thailog80 Posted March 10, 2006 Author Posted March 10, 2006 Miami Dolphins.... 622950 My thoughts also.
Frez Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Even with the higher cap can they afford him? I remember reading they were in cap trouble before the CBA. 622955 If you really want a player of course you find a way to bring him in, teams do it all the time in the NFL. I think most teams have figured out this salary cap thing anyways.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Fin fans will have Culpepper jerseys this time tomorrow. They'll have to re-structure his deal of course, otherwise he'd be their only offseason move.
SACKMARINO Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Miami Dolphins.... 622950 that's the buzz on the 11 pm news down here.
Stussy109 Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 I'd rather he be a Bill than a Dolphin... just my two cents
apuszczalowski Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Haven't the fins brought in everyone available for an interview? They will have to do some restructuring and possibly some more cuts to get more FA's, but culpepper would solve one of their big problems (on paper atleast, not sure if he will ever be back to 100% after the injury)
Cripes Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 ESPN guesses tonight that it will be the Raiders going after Culpepper. A story on FoxSports.com last week speculated that Vince Young was falling on draft boards, all the way to the Raiders at No.7... http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/5363342 so.................... need I ask?
WVUFootball29 Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 didn't some crazy birdie say Miami was likely to grab Culpepper about a month ago?
Talonz Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 I'd rather he be a Bill than a Dolphin... just my two cents 623138 Funny thing is I agree with this...
BobbyC81 Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Funny thing is I agree with this... 623185 Hey, like your avatar. Those 2 guys were the best of the Muppets for me.
scribo Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 I'd rather the stinkin' fish trade for Dante than get Brees in free agency. If this happens, I hope the stinkin' fish give the Vikes three first-rounders and Chris Chambers. Oh, and John Taylor, too.
dib Posted March 10, 2006 Posted March 10, 2006 Miami Dolphins.... 622950 yep, the press down here has a h@rd on for him I say: go for it.
