Gardinier Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 I am sure Marv will be patient. This is gonna be something.
Corp000085 Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 eh, at 11:15, the deadline will be pushed to monday at noon...
Frez Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 I am sure Marv will be patient. This is gonna be something. 618729 Marv went to bed hours ago.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Marv went to bed hours ago. 618734 I'll bet you we'll see a signing at 6:00am though...right before Marv goes to the Country Kitchen Buffett. You know the oldies are the early risers.

CJPearl2 Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Jeff Posey - they will call him right when it opens - they have been targeting him.
Tipster19 Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Expect an O-lineman or a safety. If we sign Demps than it's bye-bye Vincent.
ExWNYer Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 I'll bet you we'll see a signing at 6:00am though...618740 In a classic senior moment, having forgotten that he cut him, Marv will ink..................Mike Williams.
sfladave Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Expect an O-lineman or a safety. If we sign Demps than it's bye-bye Vincent. 618754 Vincent isn't going anywhere even if we pick up another 2 or 3 safeties. We only save $800K by cutting him and it costs us over $2M in a cap hit.
Ramius Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 In a classic senior moment, having forgotten that he cut him, Marv will ink..................Mike Williams. 618758 For 1.5-2 mil per year, i'd sign mike williams.
Buftex Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 For 1.5-2 mil per year, i'd sign mike williams. 618786 Imagine last off-season, if the Bills had signed Mike Williams as a free agent, with the exact same career, if he had been cut by another team...Bills fans would have convinced themselves that he was the best LT available, and that he was the one missing agreement toward a stellar O-line. The same people who were proclaiming Kelly Holcomb's signing as a stroke of genious, and convinced that LJ Shelton was the missing link, would be claiming Marv blenged in the HOF, on his GM credentials alone....what a difference a disappointing season makes, huh?
billsfan182 Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 I am sure Marv will be patient. This is gonna be something. what deadline?????
BillsGuyInMalta Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 UGH...Pushed back AGAIN. Yeah, thats it NFL...lets reward the teams who screwed with the cap by giving them oodles of time, thats fair to the teams who already have things in order.
BB2004 Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 I am sure Marv will be patient. This is gonna be something. 618729 I think Ryan Pickett will be the first player we will sign.
