Bob Lamb Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 My first paying job was at the corner drug store which had a phone booth inside the store - rotary and the local call was a nickel http://buffalonews.com/editorial/20060305/1030418.asp
LewPort71 Posted March 5, 2006 Posted March 5, 2006 I can remember when phone numbers included letters.... i.e. Numbers in Lewiston were PL4-####.... I love the commercial where the parents show their boys a typewriter and the kids ask , "Where's the SEND button...?" and now ATT and BellSouth are gonna merge in a $67Billion deal...
