Like A Mofo Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 meade107Soprano 3695 LSI Cadets Sound and Fury IBTG81 Frez JoeSixPack Look at the cuts with an objective eye and it really won't be so bad. Mead- One trick pony, a few good posts, but in the last two seasons, started taking posts off and loafing. Soprano- Talk about a lot of promise, but really delivered nothing. Our history is scattered with the Pataulski like picks, who promise so much, yet deliver so little. Save the space, take the hit now. LSI- Low impact to bottom line, flashes of moderate abilities is not enough to warrant further efforts. Sound & Fury- Past his prime, had many good posts, but not worth the bandwidth space he is currently taking up. May work out well in another situation. IBTG81- The Coy Wire of posters, lots of noise and drama, yet ultimately, a failed experiment. Couldn't make the position change from the previous level to the pro level. Frez- His spelling ultimately was his undoing. He had some preseason goofs, the coaches worked with him, but mid season spelling mistakes doomed him. He may very well catch on with another board, but many team boards already are wary of his reputation as a bad speller. JSP- After years of Pro Bowl posting, he ultimately fell victim to age. His Botd posts were quality, however, they just didn't come with any regularity. Since two seasons ago, younger and more qualified posters were nipping at his heels, he fought valiantly, but he probably stayed on the board one year longer than he should have. Hopefully his last season won't taint the image he worked so hard to create in his early years. 617275 Classic post!!!
mead107 Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 I just recived an offer from the Fine Wines for Drunks board and if they up the offer by 4 more cases I may just sign .

Like A Mofo Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 SDS, Id be willing to restructure my deal to keep a few of these posters
buckeyemike Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 How the heck did the Turk miss me? He apparently thought I'd been traded to the Browns board already. Mike
Nervous Guy Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 SDS, Id be willing to restructure my deal to keep a few of these posters 617301 The bottom line is we want them to take a drastic cut but they don't feel they're skills have diminished to justify that, it's just not going to work.
Just Jack Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Ha ha! Missed me! Wait, there's someone knocking at my door......
Ghost of BiB Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Maybe someone could re-work "Pyrite Gals/FFS" deal to open a little bandwidth to keep one?
Dan Gross Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Before anyone says anything, I know the Undertaker is a free agent, and some have some weird sort of nostalgic memories of him that forget how much of a locker room cancer he was when he was here, and I'm sure many here will be clamoring to bring him back to take TSW back to the "glory days." Don't do it, Sarama.
Dan Gross Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Ha ha! Missed me! Wait, there's someone knocking at my door...... 617312 He claims he has a "Candy-Gram" but he's speaking in a Turkish accent...
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Pyrite Gal showed a ton of upside when first coming to these boards and was a highly touted rook. However, her post quality has gone downhill so quickly that her spot has been taken over by some former "scrub" picked up of the consumer digest board. Considering her enormous bandwith hit and failed attempt to convert to the OTW board, a release seems inevitable.
X. Benedict Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Maybe someone could re-work "Pyrite Gals/FFS" deal to open a little bandwidth to keep one? 617316 That's a good idea. And isn't Soprano still eligible for the practice squad? Edit: My bad, he has to clear waivers first, but I don't think that is a big problem.

Don't do it, Sarama. 617328 that ain't gonna happen...I know SDS loves Marvisms.... he constantly studies him as a person, a philosopher, a role model, not only for us, but indeed for all of mankind...he would never stoop so low... Here are just a few of his favorite Marvisms: 'What you do should speak so loudly that no one can understand what you say.' 'Adversity is an opportunity for reversal of opinion.' 'Expect rejection.' hmm...maybe he would consider bringing the Undertaker back.
Beerball Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 I've already called armed security to escort you out. 617298 Well that's an upgrade for mead. The last woman he was with didn't have any.
Just Jack Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 He claims he has a "Candy-Gram" but he's speaking in a Turkish accent... 617330 Thankfully it was just a landshark. Tossed a couple cats his way, and he grabbed them and left.
mead107 Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Well that's an upgrade for mead. The last woman he was with didn't have any. 617367 I am on a diet so my band width is getting smaller .

l< j Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Man, I am living the dream. I always wanted to be Victor Allotey. kj
Nanker Posted March 3, 2006 Posted March 3, 2006 Maybe someone could re-work "Pyrite Gals/FFS" deal to open a little bandwidth to keep one? 617316 Marv tried twice and was unceremoniously rejected both times by his-her agent.
