Ummmm, what I mean is.......why doesn't say Atlantic City beef up and let everyone bet on sports so we could have an outlet somewhere here on the East Coast. Why is Vegas the only place that you can bet on sports?

I don't know any of the rules though. Similar to the football cards that have been floating around forever??
