Wayne Huizinga owns Dolphins Stadium. In keeping with the "Clerks" theme, he recently told the Marlins "You're not allowed to rent here anymore!!!"

I forget. Is Pro Player Park or whatever it's called now a new stadium? Or did he just buy the old one?

He bought the old one when he bought the Dolphins. It was a package deal from the Robbie estate.

That's what I thought, and that's a little different. It's much cheaper buying an old stadium than paying for your own state-of-the-art stadium.
