sven233 Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 5.2 - 40 yard dash at the Combine (unofficial time) A little slow, but not bad for a guy that big.......
CajunBillsBacker Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 I think the 40 is useless for most positions, especially DT. I'm more interested to see how quick he can get off the snap and under the pads of an OL men.

I thought he was 340. Shouldn't combine weights be accurate?

MadBuffaloDisease Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 The other numbers mean more, as does the 10-yard split.
BrixtonBill Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Call me when he wrestles a liger. Instead of having DTs run 40's they should just make them stand on the line of scrimmage while trying not to let a John Deere riding mower get past them. HOLD THE LINE!!!
The Jokeman Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 The other numbers mean more, as does the 10-yard split. 612871 True but the more and more I see of Broderick Bunkley (4.99 forty) the more and more I'm liking him.
buffaloboyinATL Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 No kidding. He looks like a monster out there, I sure as hell wouldn't want to stand in front of him when he's got a full head of steam. Solid muscle.

MartyBall4Buffalo Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Buff Bunkley,looks like Tarzan play`s like......anybody seen this boy play? 613138 Tommie Harris
nonprophet Posted February 27, 2006 Posted February 27, 2006 Tommie Harris 613151 Better him than Tommy Tune.
frogger Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 The vertical jump means more to me, along with the shuttles, so what if you can run straight and fast, how does that translate into Football. Shuttles tell you how he'll stunt. And Vertical tells you how explosive he is off the line. The forty is so un-natural to a lineman.
Bill from NYC Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 Could this have anything to do with the fact that he is supersized and that he tore his ACL as a college sophmore?
YOOOOOO Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 I still see flashes of Big Ted running down Curtis Martin from behind on a screen play, he saved from becoming big yardage, back in the day we had a great D....
Mile High Posted February 28, 2006 Posted February 28, 2006 The fourty is way over rated especially for Dl or Ol.
