The first article you listed is about Shani Davis and Chad Hedrick. There are no "black pundits whining about the Olympics not being black enough".

 

The second is about Shani Davis and has absolutely nothing to do with "black pundits whining about the Olympics not being black enough". It came from Black Athlete Sports Network which I'm sure you didn't have to go search for after the fact because you were already a regular reader.

 

The third is about, you guessed it, Shani Davis and the writer summarizes her article thusly:

There aren't that many Americans of color in the sports of these Winter Games, but even that could be an issue worth exploring during an Olympics that Bryant Gumbel, the television personality, dismissed as being as monochromatic as a GOP convention. In four years, and for sure over time, maybe enough Americans of color can be exposed to winter sports and work their way up to the top ranks of athletes.
