MadBuffaloDisease Posted September 24, 2004 Posted September 24, 2004 I think he owes them money, but to give money to the Dols that was paid by the Saints is ridiculous. I can see his performance money being taken away because the Dols gave up 2-1st rounders for him.
Guest Guest Posted September 24, 2004 Posted September 24, 2004 This will be bad for the league. Every bonehead that is unhappy with a contract he was stupid enough to sign will retire file for bankrupcy and come back as a free agent. For Ricky's agent to say he was playing for peanuts is absurd. The contract he signed was loaded with performance based incentives which is the way they should all be. It was such a stevestojantty contract that he made 5.6 mil in incentives plus a base salary in two years. I hope nobody signs him but you know there will be a bunch of teams interested.
