Depends on the situation.

If you're talking about a guy whose fights are pre-meditated to make a point to opposing players, then I might go with Stu Grimson who was a ferocious but tactical fighter.

If you're talking about a guy who only fought when he was pissed off, I might go with Gordie Howe who was absolutely fearsome when his Ire was up.
