ajzepp Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 I guess ESPN did another store on it yesterday, apparently a 5 minute segment. Greenie was talking about it this morning. He admitted to pulling his ear piece and not watching the last minute because he was tearing up. Now that's Greenie mind you, but a powerful story none the less. I smell ESPY in that kids future. 614701[/snapback] Yep, I can totally relate.....if you really let yourself think about what the kid did, I don't see how anyone can not get emotional over it at least a little bit. To see all those people running onto the court at the buzzer? Wow....that's one of the greatest things I've ever seen, not just in sports either.....ever!
#41 Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 They love to celebrate the ballhog on ESPN. I heard they were going to dip HIM in bronze and hand him out as a courage award every year. "Here you go, A-Rod"

"Here you go, A-Rod" Maybe if your team wasn't so lousy, he never would have gotten into the game in the first place?
