plenzmd1 Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 Allright, here is a Stupid Wild Ass Guess at some trade possibilities. McGahee for Ray Ray. Baltimore will have no backs of consequence under contract if they do not tag Jamal Lewis. Ray Ray wants out, Spikes is coming back from a serious injury, and there are runniing backs aplenty available. Would Ray be any good in Jaurons D? Flame away, but I like it, even though I depise Ray Ray. But personal feelings take a back seat to the betterment of my beloved Bills

He is on the sagging side of his career. If anything I would wait and see if the Ravens release himand then make an offer. McGahee is worth a lot more than Lewis is right here, right now.
silvermike Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 I thought we had bad backup running backs and good linebackers?

BuckeyeBill Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 This Bills already have their token murderer in OJ. We don't need another one in Lewis.

Trade franchised players, wonder if ya can even do that??

The trade deadline is long after draft, fa, etc. Too bad things changed so much - cooking up this or that trade was a lot of fun.
WVUFootball29 Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 Ok Stupid Wild Ass...Who is going to run the ball for the Bills if we get rid of McGahee??? Shaud Williams??? Lionel Gates who has yet to play a regular season down??? Waste an early pick on a running back????
BoondckCL Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 But maybe Lewis can join forces with OJ and look for the murderers on the links? 609534[/snapback] OJ Simpson and Ray Lewis are cut-throat football players
The_Real Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 So just exactly how much money are you willing to lock up in linebackers? Fletcher, Posey, Spikes, Crowell then Ray Lewis? For your best offensive player? I gave up the weed last summer. Just a thought. T_R
