Stl Bills Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 They better be meeting every day untill they figure this out. Anybody heard any news of some progress?
MadBuffaloDisease Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 No news. But if they don't, they'll kill the sport.
Beerball Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 Nothing will happen between the union and the NFL until the owners agree on revenue sharing. Hopefully the old guard (Ralph, Rooney's etc.) has enough clout to get a decent deal. Otherwise....hasta la by by baby.

They don't realize that by sharing revenue with other teams and evening the competitive landscape it has made the NFL what it is today, In doing so it is much more attractive to the television networks, which pay more money for the rights, which eventually puts more money in their pockets.
meazza Posted February 21, 2006 Posted February 21, 2006 Does this mean that if no deal is done soon, that 2007 will be a non cap year or 2006?
