Oneonta Buffalo Fan Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2332721 He would have been a great edition to the defense.
gonzo1105 Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 Its funny how when we brought him in for a FA visit last year every Bills fan was like why the hell would we sign this guy he is already what we have a white DE who is high motor and lacks sufficient athleticism then he has a bust out year and all Bills fans were looking at him as a good option this year.
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 I still wouldn't want kyle vanden bosch. He seems decent, but he'll be pretty hard pressed to duplicate this past years performance. Good for the titans for retaining an average player. I actually want better then that here.
Stl Bills Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 Good, the last thing we need on this board are any more refrences to the most overused and cliche TBD term: High motor white defensive end.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 General rule of the NFL (that a lot of teams still dont get): Dont overpay for a guy who has had only ONE good season. To the Titans credit, the contract they gave him isnt too obscene.

Shamrock Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 Can I amend that rule to add don't over-value a rookie who has an average year but a "great combine"? 605419[/snapback] ...how about an inside source that says his "stock is climbing" from a clubs personal work out. So let's see now/ The Bills draft so far according to: 1. No high motor white guys for the D-line. 2. No average college player who had a great combine. 3. No player who had an average combine but has performed stellar in personal work outs. ...we should start a thread. How not to draft...
