I checked the Draft sites, NFL.com just about everything. It looks like the Bills are in the best shape of any of the AFC East teams but I guess that's not saying too much since we need a hell of a lot more than the others except for the Jets of course. todd Posted February 21, 2006 Share Posted February 21, 2006 Cap numbers mean zilch unless you know how many players are under contract. If you have 30 players under contract and are 25 million under, it means nothing. Cap numbers this time of year are only calaculated with players under contract.
