Although I am interested in the information, I cannot in good conscience click on your link. You capitalized the word miami in your post. This is over the line.

Recent brokerage commercial (from memory):

 

Customer: How are your margin rates calculated?

 

Sales Guy: Well, we take current margin rates, uhhh, take 50% of that, double it, ummm, divide it by itself. Then we say "Hello margin rate!"
