duey Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Jets | Cox hired as assistant coach Sun, 12 Feb 2006 06:09:51 -0800 The Star-Ledger reports the New York Jets have hired Bryan Cox as their new assistant defensive line coach. Cox will assist defensive line coach Denny Marcin. http://www.kffl.com/hotw/NFL Can we still flip him off when he comes to the Ralph?
Fla Bills Fan Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 The Jets should be great next year, a former Linebacker coaching the D line.
ChasBB Posted February 12, 2006 Posted February 12, 2006 Somehow, I don't see Cox as coaching material. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see him being successful in coaching.
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 well that should get his ass off the radio...now i can listen to sports radio on the way home from school/work. He was a loudmouth with nothing to say except to talk over chris myers the whole time...way to go jests you made my day.

buffaloboyinATL Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 I thought the exact same thing when I heard Cox was hired. It's been harder to hate the Jets lately because they're one of the few teams that a Bills fan could actually feel sorry for last year. I now have a renewed hatred. Thanks Jets!
scribo Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 We have to let him hear it when the Jests come to town. I am sure he is looking forward to coming back to the Ralph.

And I HATED him as a player.
DanInSouthBuffalo Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 Did I hear somewhere the Jets also hired Sam Gash and Richie Anderson? Good players, but no NFL coaching experience.
DanInSouthBuffalo Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 On second thought, maybe this is what I heard: http://www.newyorkjets.com/news/index.php?...ctions_id=#2552

And I HATED him as a player. 601734[/snapback] i thought he was terrible on the radio. Just because you can cut off your callers act like an ass and shout louder than the other person doesn't make you good on the radio in my book.
