Corp000085 Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I know there's plenty of us who live in NC. I'm going to the game on sunday sitting in section 228. i'm pretty jacked up over this, so i'm wondering if anyone else was planning on going. A TBD hockey tailgate would be sweet.
jayg Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I'll be there with a friend, We are coming from Richmond, Sitting in section 306, nose bleeds, lol. We were gonna check out Buffalo Bros at some point. Anything exciting to do after game on a Sun. night?
jayg Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 They are available at Ticketdisaster.com, I mean, uh.......... I'm looking for tickets... sigh 598692
eball Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Mrs. E-ball and I will be there, Section 105. Probably won't get to the arena early enough for tailgating.
Corp000085 Posted February 8, 2006 Author Posted February 8, 2006 Well we're all in different sections! i'll wear a bills hat or something to go with my new sabres hoodie
Realist Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I will be in Section 129, with my wife and two boys. Won't be there for tailgating though. I'll probably wear a Bills cap.
BuffaloBud Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Hope you all have a great time. RBC is a great new arena. There will be plenty of WNY ex-pats there. Don't forget to check out Blinco's. (Moved from there 3 yrs ago - sigh)
Hirly5 Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 I'll be in Section 302 with about 10 other former WNYers
EndZoneCrew Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 You guys have to represent the B-LO....the Sabres fans at the Atlanta-Buffalo game last week set the bar high so I expect you guys to keep it up....I expect plenty of LETS GO BUFFALO CHANTS!!!!!!
BillsFanNC Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 I'll be there. I'm trying to get tickets from work. If not, I'll be looking for scalpers.
NCDAWG Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 i am going to the last game of the season in raleigh.
USMCBillsFan Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 i am going to the last game of the season in raleigh. 599092 I'm going to that one as well with my son. I'll be home in time for that so I can't wait. Hope to see a bunch of sabres/bills fans there....

Past Sabres - Canes games have always seen a big turnout of Sabres fans. Anyone planning on going to Blinco's before the game for some wings and beef on weck?
KD in CA Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 My brother will be in the house, wearing his Panthers jersey and Sabres hat. Sadly, I have been unable to keep my brothers' loyalties pure to Buffalo. Then again, they were born there like I was.
Zamboni Man Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 I'll be there with my brother and a friend who is giving me tickets for my birthday. I'll have the blue and gold Lafontaine and my bro will have the Afinogenov 3rd jersey. I'm not sure where our seats are, but they are free and they're in a suite from what I've been told. Hope the Sabres kick some ass, hope to see some of you guys there, and hopefully we can get another solid Let's Go Buffalo chant going.
jayg Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Blinco's or Buffalo Brothers? Anyone been to both and care to comment? I've only really beein to raleigh once, but we plan on spending the morning and afternoon around town before the game.

The fairweather bandwagon fans will be out in full force, just as they were a few seasons ago when Carolina made the Cup run. Still, I hope there's a vocal Swordsmen contingent. I'll be sporting my new black Sabres cap.
jayg Posted February 9, 2006 Posted February 9, 2006 Blincos address is 6711 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27612. Blincos i'd love directions from the fayetteville region (i.e. from the i-40).
