Arkady Renko
I've listened many times. The quote is unequivocally correct as I printed it. 597769 Hollywood Donahoe is right again!
TDRupp
I've listened many times. The quote is unequivocally correct as I printed it. 597769 You are wrong. It is not "...I thought..." He clearly says a word that end in "ing" and since he has no reason to say "f#&$ing" it is pretty obvious that "...looking..." is it. Sorry, Hollywood. You are just plain wrong on this. That's cool though...
Hollywood Donahoe
You are wrong. It is not "...I thought..." He clearly says a word that end in "ing"... The "ing" is "came." "thought-came" = "f*ck-ing" The "th" sound in "thought" is what makes it sound like an "F" sound. An "L" sound in "looking" would not be mistakable for an F bomb. The Dean
Got to agree with you on this one. I don't know what everyone else is hearing. 598110 I understand it...but, you and HD are correct. It's really sounds like "looking" initially (at least to some) and it's easy to keep hearing that if you expect to hear that. I heard that several times, as no clear alternative was available...and it works OK. Then I saw the alternative version "thought came". Of course, I TOTALLY disbelieved it as I know there was an "ing" in there...THAT's the only reason the original joke/scenario works in the first place. UPON FURTHER REVIEW: It's "thought came". Sounds like "[something]-ing"..."looking" works REALLY well. But keep listening...my guess is you'll hear it eventually. With all that said...it really CLEARLY isn't "fuc#ing". People have very little to do, obviously.
