Gavin in Va Beach Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 It was almost like watching one of those gangster movies where the fix was in. Seattle still deserved to lose, too many fug ups...
ofiba Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Officiating?? I thought the game was tomorrow! I guess I missed it.
ryborg Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Officiating?? I thought the game was tomorrow! I guess I missed it. 595870 No, Knicks-Rockets was today.
Kultarr Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 There was no officiating. That was just random misinformed enforcement of rules so that the team that was supposed to win did, in fact, win.
Lori Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Seattle still deserved to lose, too many fug ups... 595868 There is that... All of a sudden I don't feel quite so bad about the Bills' poor clock management. What a comedy of errors.
agilen Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 That was one of the worst officiated games of all time...up there with the just give it to 'em game (although, much higher stakes). I wasn't rooting for seattle, but i think they legitimately got hosed....the NFL is turning into a huge joke, bringing tom brady in for the coin toss, and fixing the officiating for the game. And yes, I am accusing them of fixing it, because it was incredibly biased.

They had almost every MVP ever there and they have Brady do the coin toss? Throwing the fans in Beantown yet another bone?

Kultarr Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 And Warren Moon meant more to the NFL than Michael Jordan did to the NBA. Hopefully, the committee will take a dump on Brady and put Zach Thomas into the Hall over him.
