seq004 Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 No doubt, just give them the trophy. That WAS a Seattle TD in the 1st quarter and Ben didn't look in on his QB run.
Dr. K Posted February 6, 2006 Author Posted February 6, 2006 No doubt, just give them the trophy. That WAS a Seattle TD in the 1st quarter and Ben didn't look in on his QB run. 595494 Plus the phantom holding call that neagted a first and goal from the two on the Steeler two.
Ralonzo Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 These announcers are clueless too, looking at the elbow being down. Knee was down almost simultaneous with Foote's contact. Jeez.
SnakeOiler Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 yeah, this is krap -- if the colts can't win, steelers have the biggest following....they won't let Pittsblerg lose
Rico Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Absolutely... I hope this gets addressed big-time by the national media.
sweet baboo Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 is it just me or was the seattle defender held on big ben's scramble?
Hollywood Donahoe Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 is it just me or was the seattle defender held on big ben's scramble? Yep. What a joke of a Super Bowl. I feel pretty bad for Seahawk fans right now.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Yep. What a joke of a Super Bowl. I feel pretty bad for Seahawk fans right now. 595571 Says the Paytoilet fan.
Geo in Pa Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 An absolute disgrace - they robbed Seattle of at leat 11 points.
Corp000085 Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 worst officiated game ever... too bad the national media won't pick up on it. pittsburgh's their team. Holmgren needs to make some $50,000 statements after this game.
PromoTheRobot Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Yep. What a joke of a Super Bowl. I feel pretty bad for Seahawk fans right now. 595571 I guess you can see these things when your team isn't playing. PTR
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 I guess you can see these things when your team isn't playing. PTR 595578 Hell, we're just used to this horseshit.
Formerly Allan in MD Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 And Seattle played such a wonderful, smart game.
Johnny Coli Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 I don't know how anybody could have objectively watched this game and not come to the conclusion that there was blatant favoritism going on. Calling back the 'Hawks TD on a bogus offensive PI call, the Rothlisberger TD that never crossed the goal line, the phantom holding call, numerous non-calls on the Steelers...this was a bag job from the opening kickoff. Every single instance where it looked like Seattle was getting momentum was squashed by the refs. I don't see it any other way. The media won't say anything because they've been hyping the Bettis thing for two weeks. This thing smells...smells pretty bad. Tagliabu should be embarrased.
jdstone Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 add me to the list. i believe i've lost some respect for the nfl with these officiating problems.
PromoTheRobot Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 And Seattle played such a wonderful, smart game. 595580 Just play this little game...Add or subtract every point affcted by a refs call. If Seattle is winning by more than 7 points, then you know they were hosed. PTR
Ralonzo Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Nice show of class at the end from the punkass Steelers taunting. Too bad the whole world knows you couldn't have won it on your own you bitches.
Corp000085 Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Actual Final Score: Seattle 24 Pittsburgh 14 Refs n/a TV Final Score: Seattle 10 Pittsburgh 21 Refs 1
