BillsWatch Posted February 1, 2006 Share Posted February 1, 2006 Lester is an expert at breaking down film which is why he stays; while he does some coaching (i.e. reps) he is mostly a mechanic rather than a coach. Unless a coach wants to bring in his own man (like Mularchy did for Rusty's inadequete replacement) there is no need to replace him. Since John Butler's passing, Donahoe became the driver.
