Noticed Willis closed on a house in OP for $720k (Bielmeier Builders). Maybe he's not looking to get out.

Sorry, no link. In yesterday's Buffalo News business section where they list the week's real estate transactions.

Good. I'll buy him a blender.

Good find. Maybe he'll have Jim Kelly-like paries after the games. Any word on if he's going to open a sports bar in downtown?

don't joke about that. having a good party orchestrator on the team is important. if he can pull that off, my estimation of him will spiral upward.

Been in the house, for reasons I won't identify. Nice place, but I think it's odd he bought the cheapest one on the cul-de-sac (one was sold for close to 2 MIL)!!! I actually posted this news in a WM post yesterday and said now everyone can overanalyze it.

So then where the hell has he been living for two years? In a van down by the fieldhouse?

He moved in with Lonnie Johnson the second half of the season. Lonnie gives him good football tips....

Good business decision by Willis. Fix it up a bit and your house can appraise higher with the more expensive sales on the street. Never buy the most expensive house on the street. It becomes harder to find comps when it's time to sell the house.

Not to mention he gets to say owned by NFL football player, when he sells which for some reason seems to increase property value. I imagine he'd be an interesting neighbor to have.

Because the cheaper houses are easier to unload when you leave the team.

It took Drew years to unload his one when he played for NE

Wonder if he sold that one in East Aurora

I thought he sold his NE house to Curt Schilling the very next Spring, no?
