THE CHEEKTOWAGA EYE EXAM

This kid from Cheektowaga turns 16 and goes to the NY

State Department of Motor Vehicles apply for a

permit. He is told he has to take an eye test. The

examiner show's him a card with the letters:

C Z J W I X N O S T A C Z

"Can you read this?" the examiner asks.

"Read it?" the young man replies, "He's my uncle."

Why didn't they build the stadium in Cheektowaga?

Every seat would be behind a pole!

What's the elevator in the Cheektowaga Town hall called?

For a while in the 90's EVERY elected official in Cheektowaga was Polish (councilman Tom Johnson is half Polish).

Those are really good. I'm originally from Depew so I know first hand the eye exam is probably a true story!!!

I grew up in SOUTH Cheektowaga... Went to West Seneca schools... Got a hillbilly drawl to prove it! My "TH" development in phonics was quite stunted.

1, 2, TREE... Dem dare people are crazy.

The two best accents I can do are Canadian and the east side old Polish lady one.

"We go down on dat NFT bus to da Broadway Market, then we go play bingo at da VFW post where da houses are side by each." "Go pick me up some records at Ruda's".

If anyone complains-I'm 100% Polish. My maternal grandfather came over from the old country.
