John Dunn-Head Strength/Conditioning John Hastings-Strength/Conditioning Bobby Crumpler-Strength/Conditioning My god! This friggin' team has not 1, not 2, but THREE "coordinators" on offense (Saunders, Bugel, and Breaux), 2 coordinators on defense (Williams and Blache), and THREE strength and conditioning coaches! They also have an assistant for each coordinator position. You gotta be kidding me! The NFL should have a maximum roster for coaches.
PromoTheRobot Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 You know what they say about too many cooks...or coaches... PTR
Gotta Dream Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 If they win the Super Bowl, then it's allllll good.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted January 29, 2006 Author Posted January 29, 2006 If they win the Super Bowl, then it's allllll good. I'll wait for it to happen first. Like PTR said, too many cooks...
Fezmid Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 I'll wait for it to happen first. Like PTR said, too many cooks... 587048 They were in the playoffs.... More than we can say for our team
DPR4444 Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 You know what they say about too many cooks...or coaches... PTR 586613 i was thinking "too many chiefs" given the team nickname

Nanker Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 I see they're lacking an assistant Head Owner.
Fezmid Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 and they STILL suck!!!lol 587083 So now playoff teams suck too? The only good team in the NFL is the one that wins the Superbowl or something?! CW
Rico Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 Makes me wonder how many hours Joe Gibbs puts in these days.... bet not as many as he did in the 80's.
d_wag Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 like we all wouldn't trade our staff for theirs........
X. Benedict Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 like we all wouldn't trade our staff for theirs........ 587392 To get Greg Williams and Danny Smith back? (of course we don't have a full staff yet)
MadBuffaloDisease Posted January 29, 2006 Author Posted January 29, 2006 like we all wouldn't trade our staff for theirs........ I'd be happy with a guy like GW as DC, Saunders as OC, and April as ST's coach, and then the positional assistants. To hog all the coaches like that, knowing that they're going to be stepping on each others' toes, is ridiculous overkill, which is Snyder's wont.

That's alot of people no quesiton but if it translates well in to wins, sign me up. T-R
SDS Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 I believe this worked for the Rams when Vermeil hired his staff. Lots of former HC's IIRC.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted January 30, 2006 Author Posted January 30, 2006 I believe this worked for the Rams when Vermeil hired his staff. Lots of former HC's IIRC. Not in 2000, when they won it all. Maybe when Vermeil first joined them, but I didn't check.
Ramius Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 now with jerry gray...this is ridiculous. i wonder if the NFL is going to have to look at a cap on coaching salaries, so snyder just doesnt throw money at everyone to keep other teams from signing them?
