fishiewishie Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Arizona takes Omar Jacobs, QB, Bowling Green 593989 They don't need a Qb. Do They?? They have Mcnown and Warner. Mcnown has shown some promise Quote
YOOOOOO Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 They don't need a Qb. Do They?? They have Mcnown and Warner. Mcnown has shown some promise 594143 Mcnown is a UFA and he doesnt have the best relationship with Dennis Green...I believe Warner is a UFA also Quote
SHOUTBOX MONSTER! Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Mcnown is a UFA and he doesnt have the best relationship with Dennis Green...I believe Warner is a UFA also 594146 Correct. McNown has shown some promise, but due to the relatively poor market for QB's, he should get a contract that he won't deserve. Warner is not the answer. Quote
fishiewishie Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 With the 45th pick the Ravens select WR out of Notre Dame..... Maurice Stovall!! Quote
YOOOOOO Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 With the 14th overall pick in the 2nd round..... The Eagles select: JOSEPH ADDAI, RB LSU Quote
Ramius Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Correct. McNown has shown some promise, but due to the relatively poor market for QB's, he should get a contract that he won't deserve. Warner is not the answer. 594160 Correction...his name is Josh !@#$ing McCown, not McNown. thats the old QB for the bears. Quote
fishiewishie Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Correction...his name is Josh !@#$ing McCown, not McNown. thats the old QB for the bears. 594470 Sorry my bad Quote
SHOUTBOX MONSTER! Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Correction...his name is Josh !@#$ing McCown, not McNown. thats the old QB for the bears. 594470 Nice catch. How the hell did that get by me? Oh well... they'll both have the same careers anyways. Quote
TC in St. Louis Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Brian Calhoun, RB, University of Wisconsin Quote
TC in St. Louis Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Hey, I just found out about my pick being up 10 minutes ago, sat down and made a pick, and found out somebody made the pick for me. What's up with that? Quote
Ramius Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Hey, I just found out about my pick being up 10 minutes ago, sat down and made a pick, and found out somebody made the pick for me. What's up with that? 594858 Its not just you. Apparently, 2003 has never heard of the fact that people may NOT be sitting in front of their computers all weekend, so you have your 30 seconds to pick or its made for you. just reason #1,896 why thick mock draft sucked. Quote
TC in St. Louis Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 Well, I checked my computer about 20 times waiting for my turn, it came up, I got out some notes, made the pick. If that's the way it's gonna be, either change my pick (nobody after me took Calhoun), then I forfeit my right to choose in the 3rd. Quote
Draconator Posted February 5, 2006 Posted February 5, 2006 One reason why the Chargers are proud to select... Maurice Drew - RB - UCLA Special Teams Yes. His size is questioned, but the Chargers Special Teams were one of it's weakest links in 2005. Drew will immediately upgrade the position. And if a late touchdown is needed, and you have Reggie Bush and Maurice Drew deep, just the mere presence of Bush will open up lanes for Drew. Not to mention that Drew will be able to spell Bush at RB. He will surprise a lot of people. Quote
