bills_fan
Fairchild was the RB coach under Greggo in 01 and 02. Would really be useless.

TC in St. Louis
Fairchild is a favorite son of Mike Martz, and a yes boy at that. When Martz went on sick leave, Fairchild took over the playcalling, and it was abysmal. Horrible. Let it not be him.
BenchBledsoe
And it keeps getting worse. . . for everybody that said we'll be okay with Jauron if we get a good OC, time to back track a little more and come up with something else if this guy's hired. . . Corp000085
Should we begin the candlelight vigil for Chuck Lester? 583449[/snapback] It's not worth it. Chuck Lester transcends his Special Assistant to HC/Defensive assistant title. Lester would tell you to not waste the wax and lighter butane. He's like the pope or a supreme court justice... He's a lifer.

Chuckie's the one who gave Donahoe the nekkid pictures of Ralph with the sea otter which TD used to great effect until Ralph caught him showing them to Clements and Krumrie. Ralph threatened to go public with the photos he got from Chuck that showed TD and Krumrie in several compromising pillow-biting poses.
Bad Things
He used to be the OC for Colorado State in the mid '90's. (GO RAMS!) Althought the team was quite successful back then, he schemes and playcalling were VERY predictable. Let's hope he's grown since then.

I distinctly remember an interview with him in which he admitted that his title of "offensive coordinator" was only granted so that his new position would appear to be a promotion; Greggo wouldn't let him go otherwise. Sure enough, Martz continued to call all of the plays until he had to turn it over. We all know how good Greggo's "teachers" turned out to be, that guy's a joke.
