dave mcbride Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Marv would never allow it, not after the Love Boat fiasco. Lack of character, although a pretty decent QB. You won't find people like Culpepper on Marv's team, if they ever embarrass their team, they are gone. Wish the Vikes would impose such restrictions. They have absolutely no class. 583117 cornelius bennett *never* did stuff like that. or bruce smith. or jim "drunken drink thrower" kelly. or andre "that was your girlfriend, jim?" reed.
The Tomcat Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Personally I believe 80-90% of the players are "players" most just don't get caught... E Moulds is no saint....(not that theres anything wrong with that)
BB2004 Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-v...ov=ap&type=lgns Culpepper wants out of Minny....what do you think of bringing him in here? Too many fumbles or still gas left in the tank? 582864 Well the Vikings were very good when Brad Johnson was in there but clearly they need a replacement in the draft. Where Culpepper ends up next year is anyone's guess. I could see him going to a dome team, maybe Detroit?

sfladave Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Ooooooo.....you were doing so well until you mentioned Reed. I don't recall our OL slapping the ball out of his hands. 583046 Actually I think that Reed had a pretty good season. He did a better job of getting open, particularly between zones, than anybody else on the Bills. He has not completely cured his dropsies, but he did make a marked improvement compared to the last several years.
EC-Bills Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Game, set, match. And it's been that way since Jim Kelly's last season. The only two possible exceptions were DF (fast enough to run away) and Bledsoe (too tough to break, despite the pounding he took). 582899 Very well said.
