It's been said before and it will be said a million times more this offseason. Until the offensive line is fixed no QB is safe behind center with the Bills. I truly don't believe that QB is the problem with the Bills and there are other needs that need to be addressed before the Bills can afford the luxury to pay the price that Minnesota will want for Culpepper.

Not Culpepper. First of all, he has a huge contract. Second, give Losman a chance behind a decent line before you all crucify him. Did you see the game Brady, Manning, and Plummer put up in the playoffs under pressure? Brady and Manning are considered top drawer and Plummer had his best season but all looked shaken by having people in their face or at their feet. Well, Losman (or pick any Buffalo QB, including Bledsoe) faced pressure on just about every snap behind that line.

Build the line and then judge Losman. And maybe McGehee also for that matter. It just may turn out that a couple of OL could actually make a huge difference. Say what you will about TD (and I agree he totally neglected the line) but he didn't leave the cupboard bare regarding young skilled positioned players (Losman, McGehee, Evans, Parrish, Everett, Reed). Now get a line and see if they have the talent to justify their draft position.

Game, set, match. And it's been that way since Jim Kelly's last season. The only two possible exceptions were DF (fast enough to run away) and Bledsoe (too tough to break, despite the pounding he took).

Amen brother! A handful of us kept pointing this out the past few years but most on this board wanted a scapegoat.

Some of more "intelligent" posters like to throw Kelly's performance vs. Losman into our faces but their point is moot. Holcomb had better games in Cleveland behind that line! How sad.

Ooooooo.....you were doing so well until you mentioned Reed. I don't recall our OL slapping the ball out of his hands. :)

Marv would never allow it, not after the Love Boat fiasco. Lack of character, although a pretty decent QB. You won't find people like Culpepper on Marv's team, if they ever embarrass their team, they are gone. Wish the Vikes would impose such restrictions. They have absolutely no class.

I read suggestions like this, more often than not it seems, and yet there will always be someone out there wondering "Why is there so much e-bullying going on?"

Because of e-suggestions like this.
