SECOND CHOICE: Levy (at least, he was his own second choice) THIRD CHOICE: Sherman (just a hunch here, I think he was the guy but talks broke down over the weekend; no source, just my gut from what I've heard) FOURTH CHOICE: Dick. Maybe, after MM resigned, Levy thought of coming back, but I still doubt that. I think DJ was Levy's first choice and MS was Ralph's. I think Ralph gave into Marv because he respects him, and Marv convinced him that Sherman was more of an offensive coach and DJ was more of a HC. Just MY hunch!
