pdh1 Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Maybe Dick could pull some of these folks over to the Bills since he was so liked by the players. I was hoping Shaun Rodgers was free agent, but no he isn't. Booo. He would be a great pick up. http://www.theredzone.org/2006/freeagents/....asp?Team=Lions OT Backus maybe?

For more info see My thread from last night.

Yet I think Denney's ability to play inside (on 3rd downs) makes him more valuable then most give him credit for and don't see us letting go of Kelsay. Of course Edwards has been a right DE most of his career but does have the frame to play left DE. I'd go after him but think he might get a bigger contract then he deserves for a team that needs help on the pass rush and could use him as a starter (see Denver, Cincy and KC).
Bob in SC Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Kalimba Edwards would be a great acquistion, if the price is right. I watched him play at SC, and he can be dominant, a real sack threat.
