It has to do with college kids acting like fools. DO yu recall what happened after Syracuse won the NCAA tournament? How about Michigan State or Maryland? "I would call it a crisis when you're having your students and your young people who sometimes are not students getting together and drinking to the point where they are inebriated and going into the street and causing destruction," said Oliver J. Clark, chief of police for the University of Illinois and president of the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators. "We've seen much more of it in the last three years.
